Triage, investigate, resolve, and manage all Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) ServiceNow tickets. Assist shop floor operators when escalated from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support. Maintain and develop MES Knowledge Base. Gather user requirements in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities and process improvements based on data from support tickets.
